Bollywood superstars Deepika Padukone and Ranveer Singh have tied the knot in a plush Italian resort.
The couple's names have been trending on Twitter and social media is filled with good wishes for them.
The actors have starred in three feature films together, including blockbusters Bajirao Mastani and Padmaavat.
Forbes Magazine reports that the couple made an estimated $21m (£16m) in combined earnings last year.
Customs and traditions of a Sindhi wedding
Ranveer and Deepika are all set to have a Sindhi-style wedding at Villa del Balbianello any minute now. A traditional Sindhi wedding starts with a Kacchi Misri ritual. This is the first formal meeting between the bride and groom's family after the wedding gets fixed. The families present each other with gifts and an informal engagement ceremony takes place.
This is followed by the Pakki Misri, the formal engagement ceremony, where the groom's family presents gifts like clothes, jewellery etc. to the bride. The groom's mother presents an earthen pot filled with misri to the bride's mother.
well done
