MPhasis is an IT company that is based in Bangalore. With Hewlett Packard owning majority shares in the company, MPhasis has started hiring candidates to serve the financial services, telecom, logistics, and technology industries. PlacementSeason  helps students with awareness of the format of placement tests, through this blog.

Recruitment Description:

The recruitment to MPhasis is handled in three rounds.
  • Online Written Test
  • Technical Interview
  • HR Interview
The written test is conducted online by AMCAT. It is an adaptive test, in which no questions can be skipped and each one holds equal marks.The total time duration of the test is 60 minutes accompanied with a 60 marks. There is no negative marking.

 The types of questions will be:
  • Verbal  section consists of two reading comprehensions with 5 questions each.
  • Logical Reasoning Logical Reasoning
  • Numerical Ability section consists of questions from the topics like algebra, time & work, time, speed & distance, arithmetic, percentages, probability, permutation & combination, profit & loss, HCF, LCM, geometry, etc.
  • Technical section consists of questions from topics of C++ , Java , DBMS and O.S.

 Test Pattern :

  • Quantitative ability    10
  • Logical Reasoning     10
  • Verbal Ability            10
  • Technical                    30
